Through our relationship with Virgin Media O2, we’re able to provide mobile connectivity that’s greener than ever thanks to their agreement with The Renewables Infrastructure Group to source around 15% of their electricity from renewable energy.

From April 2026, the electricity for their mobile and broadband network will be sourced from TRIG’s Earlseat wind farm in Fife and Garreg Lwyd wind farm in Powys.

Virgin Media O2 believe that the new deal will not only increase the proportion of the energy they source from renewables, but also provide increased cost stability and protection against the current volatility in the energy market. This will also contribute to their goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions across their operations, supply chain and products by 2040.

In addition to delivering mobile connectivity through 360Coms, our 360Eco division can provide renewable energy to clients across the UK.
